Metallic Flooring
Metallic flooring is a design-led epoxy finish built around movement, depth and light. It is typically considered where the floor is part of the room’s visual identity, including showrooms, studios, feature garages and selected commercial interiors.
Because each metallic floor has a degree of variation, the best planning starts with the room, the lighting and the desired level of movement rather than a promise that every finish will look identical.

About Metallic Flooring
Variation is part of the material
Metallic pigments create movement through installation technique and the material itself. That makes the system compelling, but it also means the final floor is not a printed surface or a repeatable tile pattern.
Reference images are useful for discussing direction, colour family and contrast. They should not be treated as a guarantee that a new floor will reproduce every line or pool of a previous installation.
Light changes how the floor reads
Daylight, ceiling fixtures, windows and surrounding finishes all influence a metallic floor. A deep charcoal, pewter or blue-toned concept can look different across the room as the light shifts.
The planning discussion should therefore include what is already in the space: cabinetry, vehicles, walls, retail fixtures or display lighting. That context helps establish a finish that belongs in the room.
Preparation still leads the project
A visual finish does not reduce the importance of substrate work. The concrete must be assessed and prepared so the system has a sound base before any metallic detail is introduced.
