Epoxy Flooring Installation in Chilliwack, BC

Your floor is the first thing they Feel.

We install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings for residential, commercial and industrial spaces across Chilliwack, the Fraser Valley and the Lower Mainland. Every project begins with mechanical diamond grinding, because adhesion is decided long before the first coat is poured.

Build-up · top to bottom

  1. Clear gloss polyaspartic
  2. Metallic pigment body coat
  3. Penetrating primer
  4. Diamond-ground concrete

Pigment is moved by hand while the resin is still live, so every pour carries its own current of depth and reflection. No two floors resolve the same way.

Metallic system layers

How the metallic build works.

Read this metallic flooring build from the finished surface down to the prepared concrete.

  1. 01

    Clear gloss finish

    Clear polyaspartic finish layer

Forms the clear finished surface over the metallic body coat.

Why it matters: It keeps the visual movement below as the visible design layer rather than the wear surface.

  2. 02

    Metallic pigment body coat

    Pigmented resin body coat

Creates the depth and hand-worked movement associated with a metallic finish.

Why it matters: This is the layer that establishes the floor’s individual visual character.

  3. 03

    Penetrating primer

    Concrete primer

Supports the transition from prepared concrete into the resin build.

Why it matters: A sound bond below the visual layers helps the complete system work as one assembly.

  4. 04

    Prepared concrete

    Mechanically prepared concrete substrate

Provides the clean, profiled slab the coating system is built over.

Why it matters: The finish above can only follow the condition and preparation of the concrete beneath it.

Our Installation Process

The Drip Standard

Four stages, in order, on every project. Nothing optional.

  1. 01

    Surface Preparation

We mechanically diamond grind the concrete to remove contaminants and open the surface profile. This is the step that decides whether a floor lasts, and it is never substituted with an acid wash or a chemical etch.

  2. 02

    Concrete Repairs

Cracks, joints, spalls and surface imperfections are repaired before any coating is installed. Defects left in the slab telegraph through the finish, so they are resolved first.

  3. 03

    Coating Installation

Industrial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems are applied to specification — correct primer, correct build thickness, correct recoat window, monitored throughout.

  4. 04

    Final Inspection

Every floor is inspected for consistent coverage, cure and finish before handover, along with the care guidance that keeps it performing.
