Drip Epoxy Flooring

The Drip Standard

About Our Epoxy Flooring Company in Chilliwack

Professional preparation. Premium epoxy and polyaspartic systems. Floors built around how the space will actually be used.

Based in Chilliwack, BC, Drip Epoxy Flooring serves homeowners, businesses and industrial facilities throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.

How we work

The standard starts below the surface

01

Mechanical Preparation

We mechanically diamond grind concrete rather than relying on acid etching. The coating system starts with the bond to the slab, so preparation is treated as part of the finished floor.

02

System Before Shortcut

Primer, build coat, decorative layer and topcoat are selected around the actual environment. We do not force one coating system into every garage, business or facility.

03

Clean, Deliberate Installation

Cracks and defects are addressed before coating, application windows are respected, and the floor is inspected before handover. The details people never see are what make the visible finish hold up.

Our Installation Process

The Drip Standard

Four stages, in order, on every project. Nothing optional.

  1. 01

    Surface Preparation

We mechanically diamond grind the concrete to remove contaminants and open the surface profile. This is the step that decides whether a floor lasts, and it is never substituted with an acid wash or a chemical etch.

  2. 02

    Concrete Repairs

Cracks, joints, spalls and surface imperfections are repaired before any coating is installed. Defects left in the slab telegraph through the finish, so they are resolved first.

  3. 03

    Coating Installation

Industrial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems are applied to specification — correct primer, correct build thickness, correct recoat window, monitored throughout.

  4. 04

    Final Inspection

Every floor is inspected for consistent coverage, cure and finish before handover, along with the care guidance that keeps it performing.

Residential · Commercial · Industrial

Built for the Fraser Valley

Our work ranges from residential garages and workshops to customer-facing commercial interiors and larger industrial facilities. The finish changes with the space, but the fundamentals do not: prepare the concrete correctly, install the right system, and communicate clearly about cure time and return to service.
